Bercy Chen Studio LLP wins 1 st place in a national competition for a sustainable residential project in a modernist community in Dallas Texas . Urban Reserve by Urban Edge developers L.t.d. will incorporate 53 innovative residences on 12 acres just north of downtown. The design will be shown at Dallas AIA office gallery.
